I love veggie "burgers"

That is what I had for my dinner and they were yummy, just warmed up in the microwave with nothing on them.
It is so hard to be good when I am working because I get cravings for candy and stuff. I am however and that makes me feel much better.

Cleaning house may be the best workout yet

Bend to scrub the tub, bend to pick up socks, lift laundry basket, carry downstairs and across the street to the laundry room. Come back climb stairs bend to fill dishwasher, scrub sink.... You get the point, I wonder just how many calories I burned?
Lunch today was yummerific again, brown and wild rice with hawaiian style tofu. (trust me it was yummier than it sounds there.)
Tonight we are having chicken breast with salad. (Greg's idea, I may die of shock.)
Anyway, I have a new tea addiction which might even rival the last one and still no calories: Oolong, it is the tea they used to give you at Chinese restaraunts before all the Chinese restaraunts became Chinese buffets.
Either way it is wonderful and it is also really good iced with a little Splenda(tm).
Okay, that is it for today I still have cleaning to do...workout time.
