Can't get motivated to clean

Did my crunches, had a bagel with hummus for breakfast, had a salad with grilled chicken for lunch. I have set my first goal on "Sparkpeople.com" I want to be at 235 by the beginning of July. I am hoping if I can get there by that point then everything else will be gravy as that is the smallest I have been in my adult life. If I can just keep exercising and eating right it shouldn't be that hard right? Not sure but I am going to try. My final goal will still put me at "obese" but I could be okay with that if I can shop for clothes at regular stores without having to wait until I lose some weight before it fits "comfortably".

Welcome back guys!!!!!

Guess who joined a gym and is getting fit? I will give you a hint it's this fat lady!
Oh yeah, I am getting better all the time.
Yes I am still 11lbs over where I fell off the wagon initially but I am back on track and full steam ahead.
Eating my granola, yogurt and apple breakfast after my hour and a half workout this morning and feeling ready to take on anything. Tomorrow is a "rest" day which means my workout will consist of housework, whatever burns calories right?
I am going back on "Sparkpeople.com" tonight to reassess myself and see what my true minimum caloric intake is supposed to be and that will be my new goal. The 1200 has worked well for me in the past but it also means there is nowhere to lower your calories too if you plateau, which when working out wasn't at least a 3 day a week routine was okay because I could add working out if hit plateau...now.... anyway gotta skeedaddle, finish my breakfast and get to work.
