That is what I lost this week but hey a loss is better than what has been going on with my weight loss. I gained 4 of the pounds I had lost back and now I am back to only 1.8 of them to go until I have re-reached my first goal of 50lbs. Then I am on to the next goal.
It's weird because people still think I am losing and keep commenting on how "little" I am getting. I guess it takes having been 325lbs for 272lbs to look "little" to people. I don't know but I am working at it and this week is all about being on track. There will be no "cheat" days for a while. That is my goal. I hope I can do it. I know I have in the past; it is just hard when you are so tired when you get up to make sure you only use this much creamer in your coffee...etc.
I will do it though because this is important and I am worth it. Besides I have to inspire DH to keep up the work on his health and if I let mine slip what does that say?!
