Feeling better but...

I am trying to find more foods that have "negative" calories or "free" foods. That way I can supplement my diet with more stuff to fill me up and yet not adding extra calories. I guess I could just eat sawdust but really who thinks that is a good idea?
So far I checked Google(tm) and am not sure I trust the list I got, apricots are a free food? I find that hard to believe, also plums, peaches, and blackberries. This seems too good to be true. I will have to do some further research.

  1. If you go to DWLZ.com there should be a list of 0 point foods which would be free on WW. It would at least give you an idea. Glad you're feeling better!
