Yesterday we had a Father's Day/Birthdays get together at my sister-in-law's and I stayed on track. I didn't even have a roll with my Chicken patty. I had a chicken patty, coleslaw, and fruit salad and some celery. I feel really good about my choices. I need to get in some exercise today and my friend Dee Dee is supposed to be coming over to teach me some water aerobics to use in my pool but it is kind of overcast so I am not sure if they will open the pool. We shall see.
Stay on track, if I can anyone can.

Oh yeah inspire me! After that last statement how am I suppose to go to Hometown Buffet and pig out tonight? Thanks, now I might actually stay on track:)
