My new tactic

To stop after dinner snacking beyond my daily calories. I usually go for calorie free foods like celery, but my new tactic is brushing my teeth right after I am done with my calories for the day. Who wants to eat with a mouth that tastes like Listerine(tm). Not me that's for sure. So that is my newest strategy.

  1. Hope it works for you. My sister in law used to do it and it worked for her. It never worked for me.

  2. It helps if you do whiteners too. They are so expensive that you feel like you are throwing away money if you eat afterward. That and the Listerine. Did you try using Listerine?
