Oh Crap

Again I am ovulating and thus must eat everything in sight. I am having a very hard time sticking to my calories for the day. Although one of the websites I checked said that I have to add calories to my diet when I get the exercise I am supposed to; not really sure how that works to lose weight but hopefully this time it does. Either way I cut my hair short again so that should help me lose at least a few ounces this week if not more.
I am still trying to focus on the goals ahead...I can do this.
I need to keep up the exercise though, especially the crunches and other ab work, the more muscle I can build there the more fat it will burn there.
My biggest problem area is still what I call my "ass shelf", still haven't really found anything to make that, just melt away. So I will have to keep at it. Hopefully just losing the weight brings it down some. I just wish I could fast forward to the "after" picture, but I must tortoise up and just keep swimming... Speaking of which it has been much too cold these past two weeks to swim. We only made it to 80 one day and there were a couple of days when we didn't hit 70. In July....in Indiana...that is not common. I hope it warms up in time for my vacation as I plannned to go swimming everyday.
Oh well, I have to go make lunch now and get ready for work.

  1. How short did you cut your hair?
    I went through my munchy time last weekend but I don't think I did too much damage because I got right back on track Monday. I hope I do better this weekend. I'm finding it hard to track calories when out. Need to plan better and take things with my to A. Joy's on Sunday if necessary.
