Okay, so my latest favorite snack is 1/2 original fiber one cereal, with 1/2 cup of almond milk and one strawberry cut up in it.
We are talking All Bran (tm) type cereal here. It is twigs and berries, literally!
I am a little surprised that I like it so much considering at one point in my life my favorite snack was cookie dough. I am not saying I don't still like cookie dough I am just noticing what an annomally I have become.
I wanted to go to my apartment complex's pool today and get in some exercise but it is raining so it looks like that won't happen. Hopefully it will be clear tomorrow and I can get over there after work to do some laps.
I am going over on Thursday morning with my friend from work, unless of course it rains then too. We shall see, but I do need to do some laundry today so maybe I will work out in the fitness room.
My newest drink obsession is Tazo(tm) Berry Blossom White(tm) it is a white tea that has hints of blueberry and cranberry. There was a study done that said that without making any lifestyle or diet changes at all, one cup of white tea a day and you will lose 4lbs in a year. So I figure, I love the taste of this tea and I have made drastic diet changes so it can't hurt right? Plus it is an antioxident with two other powerful antioxidents added so free radicals BEWARE!!!
I feel better but am still having really bad days with my back. I really need to get on track with strengthening my core muscles as those are the ones my chiropractor seemed to think would make vast improvement. The problem being most core strengthening exercises are pretty tough on your back. Kind of a catch 22. Hey if anyone knows of any that aren't please share.
