1.6lbs, which is good but I was awesome this week and was hoping my loss would be too...
Oh well, just have to keep at it. I want to start getting over to the pool whenever I can and also doing more of my "on the ball" exercises. We shall see if it makes any difference.
I am kind of frustrated because although I know I am getting smaller and my clothes are getting more loose, when I measured myself the other day I had actually gone up from when I measured myself in February. My friend Deborah says that unless you know exactly where you measured yourself last time you can never know if you got the right spot again or not, and that an inch up or down can make a huge difference. I don't know but as long as my clothes keep getting bigger I am happy.
My sister in law gave me some old clothes this week and I haven't tried them on yet. (I keep forgetting them in the trunk of the car.) I am hoping they can be motivation to keep on track. We shall see. I also have my favorite capris that fit before I put back on all of this weight, and I am hoping to fit into them comfortably by July...we shall see.
I also am glad that I have a sewing machine now so that I can actually do some alterations on my clothes when the time comes. I don't know that I will actually do any real alterations or just add darts into my pants, pleats are still in right? Who cares I will be sooooo happy to have to take them in I will be unstylish and relish my pleats and what they stand for.
Gotta get back to work now....

1.6 is awesome. 1-2 lbs a week is what "they" say you should lose. You lost almost 2! I think we watch shows like Biggest Loser and see them lose 20 lbs in a week so we think we should be able to do that. They work out 6-8 hours a day and are constantly monitored by drs. Unless you have that the way you're doing it is the healthiest. Quit trying to be the hare and get back here with the rest of us turtles! Love ya, sis!
