Feeling good

I had to steal a belt from Greg because the pants I wore today keep slipping when I am working, and they aren't the kind I can take in. I was very happy about it. I did most of my exercises today but didn't make it to the pool again. I am not doing so hot with the whole cardio thing and I need to start. I am hoping by this time next year to be fit enough to ride a bike regularly. We shall see.
That's all I really have for today except yesterday I cheated so bad it wasn't even funny. I wanted to eat everything in the house and luckily there wasn't anything that could do too much damage. (all low fat, low calorie or just fruit choices so even though there were vast quantities injested they were not empty calories so...)

  1. That's awesome! It's so cool when you start to feel and "see" the weight loss. The number on the scale can show a loss, but when your clothes start to be big it really makes it real! Doing a happy dance with you in spirit. Hey does that count as exercise??LOL

  2. It depends, how long did you do the happy dance? Twenty minutes of happy dance sounds like it might be more work than brisk walking.
