Hey, my wonderful sister hooked me up with the website to make yogurt in a crockpot and so guess what I am making today. I have made it before and it is awesome, but very time consuming so... I haven't made it for a while, which is silly because I go through yogurt like water and this is way cheaper and better tasting. Not sure on the calorie difference but mine is also way more natural as it has no preservatives or any of the other funky stuff they add at the factory. I got a knock off AbRoller (tm) yesterday and despite many warnings that it was going to hurt my back, I used it, it didn't hurt my back anymore than my other core exercises do so I am going to stick with it. I also hear that once you build stronger core muscles it doesn't hurt anymore. I look forward to that. I haven't weighed in yet and am a little nervous as I had my period this week and it always makes me want to eat everything in sight, also Greg and I had a couple of "cheat" meals this week and that too concerns me, but I also walked three miles yesterday at work so that should have burned some right? We shall see. I will update once I weigh in, have to go stir the yogurt now....
Update:
Weighed in and lost 1.4lbs, not bad considering what felt like a week long binge. Gotta go Ab Roll now..
update to the update:
The exercise roller thingy seems to be working my arms more than anything, not really sure how it is impacting my abs but, I am not feeling the pain in my stomach muscles the way I am in my arms.....I think I might be doing it wrong.

1.4, awesome! I didn't do so well last night. We went to the Wind Tiki. We got a pupu platter for 2 and rainbow scallops. Afterwards we stopped and got shakes at McD's to have while we watched a movie. Oh well! I'm going to weigh in a day late because we aren't going to Aunt Joy's tomorrow but will be there monday and I'll weigh in then. I almost bought some hand weights the other day. I didn't but just remembered today that Steve has some weights in the storage unit so hopefully we can go get those today so I can start to work on my arm flab. Gonna mow the lawn today and right now I need to go tackle the MOUNTAIN of laundry I need to fold in the basement.
