Okay so far

I swam some laps and did some resistence stuff in the pool, then I did my ab roller when I came in and my abs still don't hurt as much as my arms so I think I am doing it wrong. I did do some reverse crunches and worked on some regular crunches but they hurt my back too bad so I can only do about 4.
I do get sleepy when I swim though so I am not sure if I should go do it before work but.... I don't know.
I am still glad to get some exercise though. So...
I am going over to my in-laws on Saturday to work in the garden so that should work some muscles right?
That is all I really have right now other than the fact that I have started snacking on a mixture of yogurt covered raisins, dried berries (cranberries & blueberries) and almonds, which is very healthy but also has a bunch of calories so I can only do half a serving of each item which still comes out to 230 calories. It is worth it though.
