Yeah, it really does. I have been on this little journey (off & on unfortunately) for the past year. Really off & on for my entire life, but mostly off. So this past 10 months now has been the longest I have really stuck to it. I am getting to the weight I was when I met my husband, which is my first goal. Then the final weight loss goal will be 75lbs beyond that. (I will still be considered overweight but I am okay with that because for one of the first times in my life I won't be considered obese and that right there is a huge accomplishment in my book.)
I worked out this morning and feel really energized and rarin' to face the day.
Also, on a brag note, my sleeves of my tshirt aren't stretched over my arms, there is some fabric left over, and my jean capris which barely fit at the beginning of the summer (memorial day not June 21st obviously) now have a little bit of play as well.
Yeah, I am proud of me. I can and will do it this time. And so will you. You can do this, you want to do this, just don't knock yourself out in the process.
