I will not use stress as an excuse

Every other time I have started to do really well with dieting and healthy lifestyle changes, I have had some major life event or uproar which has caused me to go back to the shelter of junk food and grease. I am not going to do that this time. My husband's health and my health are too important to me to let it be taken away by a temporary situation which I have no control over.
I will stay on track regardless.
I just need to focus harder on my goals and make sure I know how much more they mean to me than the temporary comfort I get from baked mac & cheese.
I will be strong, at least in this.
