My friend from work and I are going swimming at her gym today which means I will put on a bathing suit in public. The weird thing is I am not dreading it as much as I thought I would, I am just looking forward to going swimming and maybe learning some new exercises that I can do in my apartment pool when it actually doesn't rain this summer.
I just wish it wasn't raining so that I could go swimming in my apartment pool, but that is okay.
This whole process has been made so much easier by my sister being so strong on her end of our support network. She has tons of stuff going on daily and she doesn't bury herself in Oreos (tm) so why should I?
Tracy, you are my new hero. I am so proud of you, let's just say that if I were in the position you are I would be swimming in baked mac&cheese you are a rockstar and I love you.

The only reason I don't bury myself in oreos is because I don't really like them. Actually I've had baked mac & cheese a few times recently. It's 9 points for 1 cup. I just count the points and force myself not to have more! Not an easy task let me tell you. In some ways I actually find it easier living here. You know when we were in our own place after the kids went to bed I'd cheat because "no one will know" now, someone will. Stupid I know but it seems to be working. Love you!
