Yesterday
I went to the gym with Deb and we swam and used the epsom salt spa, which by the way was amazing, and I got to see all of the equiptment they have there and I wish I could afford a gym membership. But we still have to get the Kia fixed and all the other expenses we always seem to have crop up so...nevermind. I do have a pool at my complex I will just have to force myself to use it every chance I get this year; speaking of, it just opened gotta suit up.

Wish I could be there to swim with you! The kids still talk about when the went swimming with you. Can't wait to hear how you did this week when you weigh in tomorrow! You're doing awesome!
